As part of the TeaLovers Festival happening throughout the month of May in LA,  I will be cooking and baking with matcha, that special green tea from Japan, at Matchasource at 8036 West Third Street in Los Angeles. With its beautiful spring-like and refreshing taste, matcha is a natural to cook and bake with and I will be demoing two dishes with Alissa White, Matchasource’s owner.
